Cole Walter is one of the main characters in the teen drama series My Life With the Walter Boys. He is the son of Katherine and George Walter. He is Will Walter's younger brother. He is Danny Walter's fraternal twin brother. He is Alex, Nathan, Jordan, Parker and Benny Walter's older brother. He is portrayed by Noah LaLonde.
Biography[]
Cole was born in 2006-2007 as the second child to George and Katherine Walter. Cole lives on a ranch in rural Silver Falls, Colorado, with his large family. Cole is the fraternal twin brother of Danny, but they are very different. His oldest brother is Will, and has five younger siblings, Alex, Nathan, Jordan, Parker, and Benny. Cole is struggling to define who he is, as he can no longer play football after an injury derailed his scholarship dreams.
After a tragic accident, 15-year-old Jackie Howard leaves her privileged life in New York behind to live with the Walter family and becomes entangled in a love triangle with Cole and Alex.
Cole is in an off-again, on-again relationship with Erin Collins.

Cole's friend, Dylan, spread a rumor about Alex crying after seeing Cole and Paige together. Alex believed that the rumor was spread by Cole, causing the two brothers to fight.[3] Dylan later admitted to Cole that he spread the rumor.[4]
Personality[]
Cole is a complex character, oftentimes unpredictable in his ways. Aware of his good-looks, Cole relies on his attractiveness to get away with things. On top of this, Cole is a natural charmer, using jokes and flattery to gain the favouritism of others. Therefore, this credits Cole with a very popular reputation at Silver Falls, both in school and with the townspeople. However, Cole can be a bit of a player with girls, and has a lot of casual flings. Furthermore, Cole can be unreliable and self-centered, as he seems to struggle with being understanding towards others feelings, or situations that do not directly benefit him. Yet, he does seem to harbour 'soft-spots' for very few people in his life, this includes Jackie and his little sister Parker. Cole has a different approach with them compared to the rest of his family and friends, he is shown to be extremely caring and soft-spoken when it comes to them. Notably, Cole clashes frequently with his parents following his sporting injury, as he believes he will no longer be able to attend college due to his exit from the football team and failing grades, much to his parents dismay. Cole also seems to adopt a playful nature with Jackie and likes to tease her, as well as advises her to take a more carefree approach to life - similar to him.

Cole has vivid green eyes, a piercing gaze and long blond hair that often falls into his face. He is also quite tall, lean and muscular due to his sporting endeavours. Many of his peers have expressed their attraction to him, dubbing it 'The Cole Effect'.

Alex Walter (younger brother)[]
Cole and Alex have always had a contentious relationship, that gets further strained from the arrival of Jackie. Alex has always felt inferior to Cole and Cole has always percieved Alex as the perfect son. Both Cole and Alex have fought over everything, but the main point of their heated relationship is girls. When Cole was away for the summer, Alex and his then girlfriend Paige got together. When Cole came back, he went to party and ended up making out with Paige, but didn't realize her and Alex were together. When he saw his reaction to them making out, Cole realized what he had done. Because of the rivarly between them, Alex often comes off as insecure and will say things about Cole to make himself feel better and look better in the eyes of other people.
Their relationship gets further strained with the arrival of Jackie, as both boys pick up an immediate attraction to her. Alex picks up on Cole's obvious likeness for Jackie and tries to ensure she doesn't fall for "The Cole Effect".
When Jackie and Alex get together, he went overboard with the excessive PDA and rubbing it in Cole's face whenever he was around. At the Bonfire their relationship reaches a fever pitch, with Cole clearly jealous over Alex and Jackie and bumping into Alex and saying "They will eventually come to me anyway"(Referring to Jackie). This causes Alex to punch Cole and Jackie to lash out at Alex. The next day at school, a rumor is spread around about both boys ;causing them to engage in yet again another altercation with eachother further straining the relationship. After the Altercation, Katherine makes the boys have a sit down to hash out their differences, but Cole ends up calling Alex jealous and Alex retaliates by saying "Who could be jealous of someone who peaked their sophmore year in highschool"? Cole stands up to engage in yet another altercation but is stopped by Nathan collasping. Towards the end of the season, the boys have obvious tension between them but end up coming to a peace talk at Alex's rodeo and finally get an understanding of eachother. In the last episode, the morning after Alex drunkenly confessed his love to Jackie. He goes to her room to apologize but ends up finding the repaired teapot and a note saying I'm sorry. He storms to Cole's room and ask "What did you do"? and Cole just looks at him confused. The Fate of their relationship is unknown by the end of the series.

Upon Jackie and Cole meeting, he seems to have an air of indifference about her arrival in the Walter household. In fact, Cole appears to mock Jackie as she starts to settle in the house with her belongings, making several backhanded comments about her. Cole even nicknames Jackie 'New York', which is a subtle dig at her formerly wealthy lifestyle in Manhattan as he appears to doubt her ability to blend into the farm life at Silver Falls. Despite this, Cole does demonstrate sympathy for Jackie over the death of her family members. Over the next few days, Cole develops a genuine curiosity about Jackie, and he starts to spontaneously interact with her. Cole seems pleasantly surprised by Jackie, and takes great curiosity in conversing with her to discover where her interests lie. Furthermore, other girls at Silver Falls High seem to notice Cole's efforts towards Jackie as well, and many of the students are shocked by Cole's sporadic demeanour when it comes to her, implying that it was out of the norm for Cole to have such interest in someone. Jackie starts to like him back.

Cole and Erin have a romantic on-off relationship. Cole doesn't do relationships.
