Daniela is a character in the movies Through My Window and Through My Window: Across the Sea and Through My Window 3: Looking at You. She is portrayed by Natalia Azahara.
Biography[]
Daniela is friends with Raquel Mendoza and Yoshi. Yoshi has strong feelings for Raquel, but is in the friend zone. Daniela urges Yoshi to be more upfront with his romantic goals.
Daniela forms a connection with Ares' brother, Apolo Hidalgo.
Throughout Through My Window[]
Daniela is introduced as Raquel's spunky best friend. She often hangs out with Raquel and Yoshi and is shown to exhibit some risky behaviors such as having a secret affair with her female teacher that earns her good grades. When she and Raquel go to the club, Raquel accidentally gets Ares and Artemis's younger brother, Apolo drunk and her and Daniela take him home, with him flirting with Daniela and breaking Raquel's phone in the process. Daniela goes to a party with Raquel and Yoshi to help Raquel get her mind off Ares. There, she makes out with Apolo before going off with another girl. She is next seen at school showing off her A+ and winking at her teacher when Apolo shows up with flowers to ask her to the prom, but she declines saying that he's too young and what they have is just a fling. When Raquel goes to prom, she asks Daniela if she's seen Ares, but she says she hasn't as she dances with a boy. He tries to kiss her, but she asks him what he's doing, stating that she has a boyfriend who is better than him in several ways. She leaves and comes back with Apolo, introducing him to everyone as her boyfriend.
Throughout Through My Window: Across the Sea[]
Daniela is first seen with Raquel at college and encourages her to take Gregory's invite to hang out over the weekend. She witnesses Ares return to surprise Raquel and goes to talk to Yoshi about it. She joins everyone at the Hidalgo's vacation home saying that Apolo (who she is still dating) invited her and her friends. She is shown enjoying the sun, the water, and time with Apolo. Later on, the group, who are now friends with Gregory and his sister Anna are out on the sea and are invited onto Ares's friend Vera's boat where they dine and chat. As Vera describes some of Ares's escapades at Stockholm, Daniela is suspicious. When the group gets together again to play spin the bottle with a twist (kiss or ask a question), she shows some interest in an employee on Daniela's boat. She and Raquel show their suspicion of Ares and Daniela and Yoshi are there for Raquel when she thinks that Ares cheated on her with Vera. Daniela is with Apolo painting her and his nails and suggests that they have sex with someone new, which Apolo declines saying that he's ok with how they are and that he won't be attending the party with her that night, leaving Daniela disappointed. Raquel, Yoshi, and Daniela go down to the party down at beach and the three are seen enjoying their time drinking and dancing with Daniela taking Yoshi's pink handkerchief. Apolo shows up and Daniela is pleased. She makes him wait while she goes around asking a few people if they'd like to have sex with her and Apolo. After a few decline, she runs into Vera's boat boy. She and Raquel leave Yoshi alone as they've done before, and Yoshi decides to go to the lighthouse to watch the fireworks with Anna who he's been forming a bond with. While speeding to the lighthouse on a motorcycle, he crashes through a guardrail and falls to the rocks below. Ares tries to perform CPR, but Yoshi dies. Daniela and Raquel arrive at his funeral and are horrified to see Yoshi's body in a black suit, which he would have hated. Daniela is seen crying as Raquel delivers her eulogy and she gives her Yoshi's handkerchief to place in his pocket. She is later with Raquel in Raquel's room and Raquel gets an email from a publisher saying that they will be publishing her book, "Through My Window" and reveal that Yoshi, as her manager sent it to them when Raquel was too afraid to.

Daniela is seen at a bowling alley/arcade with her friends while she flirts with another girl as her and Apolo have opened up their relationship, which Apolo isn't happy about.
Personality[]
Daniela is very spunky and adventurous. She is best friends with Raquel and Yoshi and cares for them a lot. She is there for Raquel when her and Ares begin liking each other, and when their relationships takes a few twists and turns. She shows concern and anger when she believes that Ares cheated on Raquel. She tells Yoshi to tell Raquel about his crush. She is shown to have a sensitive side, which is shown through her relationship with Apolo and with her friends.

Daniela is a female of average height with long dark brown hair. She has a very fashionable sense of style, which she always pairs with makeup including black cat eyeliner.
