Emily in Paris is an American comedy-drama series created by Darren Star. The series follows Emily, an American woman from Chicago, who moves to Paris for a job opportunity and who experiences culture clash problems because she fails to understand that American culture differs from French culture.
On November 11, 2020 Netflix announced that the series was renewed for a second season.[1] Season 2 premiered on December 22, 2021. January 10, 2022, it was announced that Netflix renewed the series for a third and fourth season.[2] Season 3 was released on December 21, 2022.[3]
Emily in Paris creative team announced the rom-com’s Season 4 renewal back in January 2022, long before Em ever strutted back onto your screens in Season 3.[4] Netflix revealed on May 3 that the fourth season of Emily in Paris would be divided into two parts, each consisting of five episodes. The first part premiered on August 15, 2024, with the second part set to release on September 12, 2024.[5]
