- "Hibana: Spark is a story of two young men advocating the meaning of living and feelings of love—portrayed through a decade of the lives of young men who gave their everything to the unique Japanese world of storytelling and MANZAI comedy. The story is based on the novel “HIBANA” which was awarded the 153rd Akutagawa Prize, the summit of Japanese literature, written by Naoki Matayoshi, who is himself a comedian and a part of the comic duo ‘Peace’."
