Fullmetal Alchemist (Japanese: 鋼の錬金術師, Hepburn: Hagane no Renkinjutsushi) is a Japanese dark fantasy science fiction adventure movie directed by Fumihiko Sori. This movie is based on the manga series of the same name by Hiromu Arakawa and it covers the first four volumes of the original storyline.
It was originally released by Warner Bros. in Japan on December 1, 2017, then Netflix acquired the rights to this movie and it was internationally released on February 19, 2019.
