Michael Kelly is an American actor. He is best known for his role as Doug Stamper in House of Cards and as Arquette in Black Mirror, as well as for roles in films such as Changeling, Dawn of the Dead, The Adjustment Bureau, Chronicle, Now You See Me. He starred in the Netflix science-fiction film Outside the Wire as Eckhart.

He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Brookwood High School in Snellville, Georgia. He then attended Coastal Carolina University in Conway, South Carolina. He is married with two kids. Daughter Frankie and son Clinton both appeared as his niece and nephew in an episode of House of Cards Season 3.
