Paik's Spirit (Korean: 백스피릿) is a Sourth Korean food talk show created by Park Hee-yeon, Lee Eun-kyung, Kwak Chung-a, and Lee Jong-hyuk. It was released on Netflix on October 1, 2021. Jay Park, Loco, Han Ji-min, Lee Joon-gi, Nah Yung-suk, Kim Yeon-koung and Kim Hee-ae are guest stars. This six episodes spanning reality tv series digs into Korean delicacies and talks at length about Korean food and liquors.
