Philippe Frot is a character in the period drama series Transatlantic. He is portrayed by Grégory Montel.
Biography[]
Philippe is the Commander of the Marseille Police. He is determined to clean up the city of Marseille. He orders people to surrender all undesirables to the local police, who will then be handed to the Nazis.
Philippe speaks to Graham Patterson to emphasize the importance of following the US' stance of neutrality and to make sure Americans in Marseille don't cause trouble for him.

After Graham Patterson tipped off Philippe about refugees hiding in the Splendide Hotel, the hotel was raided.
