Physical: 100 (Korean: 피지컬: 100) is a Korean survival game reality TV series created and directed by Jang Ho-gi. It was released on Netflix on January 24, 2023. The series was the first unscripted show to hit No. 1 on Netflix’s Non-English TV list and has remained in the Top 10 for months.[1]
The show started off with 100 participants, 77 men and 23 women, with some being eliminated each episode. Many of the contestants are professional sportspeople for South Korea's national teams, or are fitness influencers.
