Seamus Gallagher, born Jack McFadden, is a character in the dark comedy thriller series Bodkin, who is portrayed by David Wilmot.
Biography[]
Seamus is mercurial and mysterious figure who can turn on the charm when it serves his needs. He can snap into outbursts of violence when he feels he is being threatened. He is the father of Seán O'Shea.
Seamus' real name is Jack McFadden, also known as the Badger. He was infamous for smuggling items, such as petrol, arms and drugs, across the border before the Good Friday Agreement. There were rumours that he was involved in murder and kneecapping. Jack is assumed dead, and has been living under the identity Seamus for 20 years.[1]
