Skylar attends Silver Falls High School and is best friends with Grace. Skylar is ambitious. He aims to be valedictorian, and a political journalist one day.
Skylar and Grace befriend Jackie when they see her at Silver Falls High. Skylar also attracts Nathan Walter's attention.
