Biography[]
Stuart is Kate Wyler's deputy chief of mission at the US Embassy in London. He is a former DC campaign manager who used to work with Billie Appiah. Stuart often knows what is happening at the White House before Kate does, and helps nudge Kate in the right diplomatic directions.
