The American Barbecue Showdown is an American competition reality TV series hosted by Rutledge Wood and Lyric Lewis. It will be released on Netflix on September 18, 2020. The eight-part food competition series follows the country’s best backyard smokers and competitive barbecuers as they compete for the title of American Barbecue Champion.
On August 9, 2021, it was announced that Netflix picked up the series for a second season.[1]
